Lay out your template, center within the base and mark your holes. You are ready to drill holes!
Fill your holes with epoxy certified for your application and weather. Insert threaded rod and wait for epoxy to cure.
Once the epoxy is cured, set your posts and install nuts and washers.
Your base is now ready for signage to be installed!
