ImageFirst™ provides a general 1-year product warranty from invoice date against defects in workmanship and materials, subject to the terms and conditions below. If the defect is covered by this warranty, ImageFirst will replace/repair the product free of charge subject to terms and conditions below.
This general warranty is valid only if the product is used for the purpose for which it was designed and excludes normal wear and tear, damage from negligence, impact or malicious damage, accident, freight damage, modifications by unauthorized persons, normal color fading, electrical components, and improperly submitted claims (see below). This warranty does not cover costs of re-installation, re-shipment, or consequential damages, which results from sign failure.
Any claims under the terms of this general warranty must be made in writing as soon as the defect becomes apparent. Such notice must include original invoice number and date, date of installation, possible suggestions for repair and actual photographs of the claim. An authorized representative of ImageFirst will evaluate the claim and contact the customer regarding appropriate action for validated claims. All claims must be made within the general 1-year warranty period.
