Tenure: Since 2001
Dave is the steady force behind the ImageFirst™ production floor. Over the past two decades, he’s served in roles ranging from Fabrication to Floor Manager and Estimator before becoming Plant Manager. His ability to manage people and processes keeps projects moving and quality high.
Trickiest Project:
Dave recalls the CDC and Baton Rouge Community College signs as particularly complex, large-scale, and requiring precise coordination.
What Dave Loves About His Work:
“No two days are the same. There’s always something different going on.”
If Not in Signage:
Dave would likely be in the printing industry, still working with his hands and delivering something tangible.
Tenure: Since 2006
Ryan is a true signage generalist with a specialty in solving hard problems. Starting in assembly, he’s since worked in CNC, design, estimating, production management, and now project management. His knowledge spans the entire signage lifecycle — and he brings an artistic eye to complex fabrications.
Trickiest Project:
The Pickle Palace Tower Sign — a four-sided pylon with custom steel structure and programmable RGBW LEDs. “Lots of custom details and coordination, but a fun one to see come to life.”
What Ryan Loves About His Work:
“Watching a sign go from concept to install — it’s cool to be part of that full journey.”
If Not in Signage:
With a fine arts degree and a love for hands-on work, Ryan would likely be an artist or craftsman.
Outside of Work:
Ryan is a father of four and a passionate coach — leading high school baseball, travel teams, junior high and AAU basketball, and still finding time to play some softball himself.
Tenure: Since 2006
Nick’s career path has taken him from the text/assembly department to CNC operations, and now to design and project management. That deep, hands-on background allows him to think holistically about every aspect of a signage project — from creative concepts to install-ready files.
Trickiest Project:
The Buffett Cancer Center — a set of channel letters mounted to knife plates on a glass curtain wall, seven stories up. “Every measurement had to be exact. It was stressful but installed without a hitch.”
What Nick Loves About His Work:
“The challenge. Every day is different. And the team makes collaboration easy.”
If Not in Signage:
Nick imagines he might’ve gone back to school to become a PE teacher — still leading, just in a different way.
Outside of Work:
He enjoys traveling with his family, hiking, working out, reading, and gaming.
Dave, Nick, and Ryan don’t just understand signage — they live it. Their combined decades of hands-on experience, problem-solving mindset, and commitment to excellence make them trusted partners for our clients across industries.
When you work with ImageFirst™, you’re getting more than a sign. You’re getting the insight, precision, and care of a team that takes pride in building what others only imagine.
